I got a thing in the mail saying I’m invited to “Internet Marketing Conference 2009″. They say you get a free meal and mp3 player for you and a guest just for coming to the 90 minute event. I’m not interested in their business as its probably very hard to be successful or just a sham. But is it worth going for the free meal and mp3 player?
It mentions ’storesonline.com’ as its website.

The current one that I am using pays by sending checks through the mail, and i was wondering if using a fake name would be ok for this. (yes the site is trustworthy so please no comments about that)

Me and my best friend – we’re both 14 – want to start selling our jewelry through the internet. i’m pretty advanced in HTML, and would like to set up a website or a myspace to sell our accessories. thing is, we dont know where to being or if it’s even legal.
1. do we need a permit or to file any paperwork to start selling things through our website?
2. is there anything else we need to do?
3. how should we receive and send out orders (i know by MAIL, but i mean by what, paypal, cash, money orders…?)
4. any other tips?
it’s going to be a small accessories business, like www.shopkikikannibal.com or www.bratjewellry.com (sp).
please don’t try to sell me stuff, and please be as detailed as yo ucan.
thanks in advance! best answer gets best answer.
